Sports Performance Training Program

Our Sports Specific Training Program is designed to help each athlete excel in their specific sport while addressing the functional movement, strength, and power needs of each athlete.

 Group of 4-12 athletes

Please fill out the client documents prior to attending first session.

Monday/Tuesday/Thursdays

8:15-9:15 am Completed 3rd-4th Grade

9:15-10:15 am Completed 5th-7th Grade

Monday/Wednesday/Fridays

10:15-11:15 am Completed 8th-11th Grade

10-Week Summer Program for $250 per athlete
