8:30-9:30am Metabolic Conditioning @Play Tri McKinney Facility

9:30am-10:30am Small Group Personal Training @Play Tri McKinney Facility

Tuesday/Thursdays

6:30-7:30 am Men's Small Group Strength Training @Play Tri McKinney Facility

8:30-9:30am  Metabolic Conditioning @Play Tri McKinney Facility 

6-7pm Small Group Strength Training @ Jones Elite Athletes Plano

7-8pm Group Metabolic Circuit @Jones Elite Athletes Plano

Saturdays 10am Group Metabolic Circuit @Jones Elite Athletes Plano

Personal Training and or Small Group Training sessions are scheduled based on client/trainer availability. Please contact me to schedule times/days outside of the current schedule.
