Metabolic Blast (Large Group Training)
Training consist of a mix of high intensity and low intensity exercises designed to challenge the anaerobic and aerobic system. Overall goal is fat loss and cardiovascular endurance.

Session Dates: April 17th-June 30th

Option 1: 5-6am Monday/Wednesday/ Fridays

Option 2: 6:15-7:15amMonday/Wednesday/Fridays                         

Option 3: 5-6am Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays

3-Months for $310.00 ($8.60 per session)

What to Bring

Water, Towel, Exercise Mat, Resistance Band, and
Dumbbells
 - Women / 6, 8, 10, or 12lbs.
 - Men / 12 or 15lbs
